Dentists, We Are Not.
IT systems are like our teeth in a couple of ways. Firstly, we don’t get them fixed every day. Secondly, when they do need to be fixed, they can cause a lot of discomfort. There is a better way to manage IT than simply leave it there until it breaks. With the right services looking out for you, issues can be detected before they become a big problem.
Your staff will have access to our consultants by phone or email to get help with any technical problem they might be experiencing. On the flipside, our consultants will be able to quickly and efficiently login to the workstation where support is needed in the first place.
We are not dentists, rather we think of ourselves as the anesthetic, because we take the pain out of managing your computers. We achieve this using a mix of remote support, where a technician is not present at your physical location; and on-site support, where a technician is present at your physical location.
Remote IT Support
Lekaseb IT offer remote IT support to our customers using remote control support software. Using these kinds of connections, support can be obtained much quicker than with on-site support as it is not necessary for a technician or consultant to travel to visit customers. As a result, fees are lower for remote assistance compared with on-site. On the downside, not all things can be supported using this method, for example boot issues and network problems can only be troubleshooted on-site.
On-site support can be deployed to troubleshoot a range of issues including boot issues, networking issues, as well as anything which can be provided with remote support. Since on-site support requires us to deploy a technician or consultant to your physical location, the fees are slightly higher when compared with remote support.
